Light meal preparation - food items provided by client ( RN does not cook, items must be pre made and microwaveable)

This package is eligible for overnight nurse services 

12 hours of post surgery care to begin at time of discharge. Can be used immediately after surgery or broken up over a three day period within 7 days of surgery discharge.

This package is eligible for overnight nurse services

24 hours of post surgery care to begin at time of discharge. Can be used immediately after surgery or broken up over a four day period within 7 days of surgery discharge.

This service is for clients who have purchased a post-op care package.

If you need transportation to the surgery center, this option is for you.

Must be within 25 miles of the surgery center. Each additional mile is $0.67, up  to 50 miles.
